In addition, the Prelios agency also supported the owner from the acquisition phase of the property, working closely with the designers to obtain a functional product adapted to satisfy the requirements required today by companies, increasingly more attentive to the quality of spaces and their flexibility. and environmental sustainability.

The building, which housed the offices of the old Breda, today presents itself as an interesting redevelopment intervention, organized by the Balance Architettura studio from Turin, which reinterprets the industrial history of the area in which it is located, Bicocca , linked to the production of rubber, steel and glass, elements that now characterize the innovative facade in rubber, polycarbonate and super transparent glass, as well as the internal structure composed of steel lattice beams, with a transparency effect which makes the rooms extremely bright and in continuous dialogue with the outside.

Superlab, Carbon Zero building, obtained the Leed Gold certificate for energy performance, environmental quality of interiors and resources used.

Mauro Fiori, Director Office Retail & Hospitality of the Prelios agency: “We are very satisfied with the result obtained, especially since the consulting activity started during the pandemic phase, when the sentiment and forecasts for class d Asset management was extremely negative. On the contrary, the constant support that the Prelios Agency guaranteed to the Lessor during the planning phases, in addition to the activation of effective and targeted search procedures to identify potential tenants, enabled the success of the operation.”
