JLL supported the Arrow Global group in the acquisition of two buildings in a real estate complex in the Navigli district of Milan.

The acquisition was carried out by the Umbrella SGT AREO fund, managed by Sagitta Sgr, with the support of Europa Investimenti, as advisor to the Fund.

With a total area of approximately 16,000 square meters, close to the M4 metro, the buildings are located in an area currently undergoing rehabilitation and will be the subject of a Build-to-Sell residential development.

The operation was managed by the Office team of JLL's Capital Markets division, led by Alberico Radice Fossati and also involved as a consultant in the previous acquisition of the property.

Alberico Radice Fossati, Head of Capital Markets at JLL Italia: “Among the value-added strategies, there are interesting opportunities to enhance secondary locations, through the redevelopment of existing residential buildings, creating a product offering for classes of increasingly sought-after assets, such as residential to build to sell. The interventions that will affect these properties are part of the redevelopment of the asset complex, which complements the regeneration plan for the ancient Ginori area.”
