The Boutique Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola, owned by Cala Piccola SpA for 30 years, enters the portfolio of Erqole, a company of the Swedish group Qarlbo AB owned by the Jonsson family, with the aim of accelerating the project of relaunch of the 'Argentario as an excellent tourist destination.

Erqole already owns and manages the Hotel La Roqqa (the completely renovated former Don Pedro Hotel) and the exclusive Isolotto Beach Club (formerly Le Viste Beach Club and Riva del Marchese) in Porto Ercole, and also takes care of the works of restyling of the Fattoria La Capitana in Magliano (GR) acquired at the end of 2022, as well as following the regeneration and conversion process of the old Cirio, the disused fish factory abandoned for 40 years in Porto Ercole.

Stefano, the Boutique Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola will reopen for the summer season on April 11 under the management of the Erqole team, offering 53 rooms and suites, most with sea views, as well as a restaurant and a bistro with an outdoor terrace and a view of Giglio: serving guests, a staff of 54 people, which will gradually increase to 75 with the aim of improving services and reaching the level of excellence.
